Originally from Canada, a love of travel has taken me around the world in search of new experiences and deeper understanding of our world. I believe the key to understanding a place is through its people. My passion for photography stems from capturing real moments as they unfold and true emotions in those I photograph. 

After completing a Bachelor of Visual Media majoring in journalism and ephotojournalism from Griffith University, Australia, I embarked on a career as a photojournalist with a leading Australian newspaper. After 2 years of employment as a newspaper photographer, my travel bug took hold and I set off to explore Central and South America camera in hand.    

The adventure continued across the USA on the back of a motorcycle until I eventually settled in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  Despite being a beach girl at heart, the Teton Mountain Range and lifestyle in Jackson Hole made it instantly feel like home. Currently working as a freelance photographer specializing in lifestyle, travel, portrait, and food photography, with the goal of creating quality images that bring people joy. There is no greater gift. 

When I am not shooting on assignment, you can find me focused on my other business, Taste of Place Travel, designing and leading custom wine trips with my husband. Curating unique travel itineraries for guests and photographing their experiences around the world, truly is a cultivation of my two biggest passions and to be able to share it with the love of my life has been an ultimate goal fulfilled.
